Radnoti Langendorff Constant Perfusion Flow Apparatuses

Perfusing in constant flow allows changes in heart resistances and activity to be monitored as pressure variations and makes it easier for studies that titrate drugs into the heart using a syringe pump. However, it is important to note that the heart will not be able to auto regulate coronary flow, so production of ischemia or increases in work may result in a more severe insult than with a constant perfusion pressure circuit.

Several sizes are also available to accommodate different heart sizes including mouse, rat, guinea pig, rabbit or cat. Features of each design includes providing:
