Can I export comment and event markers from LabChart in the .EDF format?

No. Translate EDF does not support the EDF+ format. European Data Format (EDF) is an open format initially designed in 1992 for the interchange of data obtained in clinical neurophysiology. EDF+ is a development of the base EDF protocol that allows for discontinuous time signals and annotations to those signals.
