My PowerLab is not being recognized by my Windows Operating System. How do I reset the driver?

If your operating system is unable to properly detect a PowerLab, you may benefit from resetting the driver in Device Manager. Perform the following steps first to remove the corrupted driver:
  1. Open Device Manager with the PowerLab connected
  2. Right-click on the PowerLab (it will have the exclamation mark)
  3. Select Uninstall and select the check box to delete thedriversoftware for the device
  4. Turn the PowerLab off
  5. Reboot the machine
To re-install the PowerLab driver, simply power on and connect the PowerLab to your computer (with an internet connection). You should see an icon in the status bar indicating that the device driver is being installed.
