Is the Equivital sensor belt gender specific?

No the sensor belt is designed for optimum fit and comfort for both men and women. Women can generally wear the sensor belt over their bra, unless they are wearing a sports bra that prevents the electrodes within the sensor belt making direct contact with the skin, in which case the sensor belt should be worn under the sports bra.
