Atrial fibrillation (af, is one of the most common clinical arrhythmia.The incidence of atrial fibrillation increased with increasing age.60-70岁的发病率约为2-4%,70-80岁的发病率为5-6%,而80岁以上的发病率高达8-10%。房颤作为心律失常并不危及生命,但是房颤导致的血管栓塞等并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量和寿命,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。随着高龄化社会的都来,房颤已成为日益严重的公众健康问题,受到国内外的广泛重视。临床上,根据房颤的持续时间,将自然停止的房颤称为发作性房颤。不能自然停止需要药物或者除颤才能停止的称为持续性房颤,而药物和除颤均不起效的称为慢性(永久性)房颤。房颤治疗相关的药物的信息,主要来源于临床研究,使得其新药开发收到限制。本次直播课程我们邀请到Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicineThe new teacher cao introduce the latest development of new drug development for us.

Long engaged in cardiac physiology research.2017年毕业于日本东邦大学药理学专业,获医学博士学位,同年进入东邦大学药学院从事博士后工作,主要研究方向为药物安全性评价,运用离体和在体的模型,预测和评估药物导致的心律失常的风险。评价了阿奇霉素,金刚烷胺等导致药物性QT间期延长综合征的风险。并参与开发了用于安全药理学评价的新型动物模型,超小型迷你猪。2018年进入成都中医药大学,主要从事针灸对心血管系统疾病的作用规律及其机制研究。主持中国和日本国自然基金2项,省部级项目1项,校级基金4项。发表SCI文章30多篇,其中第一作者文章10篇。
